With post-orthopedic surgery, every step feels like a marathon. When your mobility is limited and your energy is focused on healing, the last thing you should worry about is navigating a kitchen.

The **Omni Ice™ Meal Prep Freeze Bag** **Variety Pack** is specifically designed to bridge the gap between "strict bed rest" and "nutritious recovery." By prepping nutrient-dense soups, broths, smoothies, & electrolytes ahead of time, you ensure that healthy eating requires **zero heavy lifting and minimal time on your feet.**

### Why It’s a Recovery Essential

- **Minimize Movement:** Don't struggle with heavy pots or complex cooking while on crutches or a walker. These bags go from the freezer to a hot water bath or microwave-safe dish, meaning less time standing at the stove.

- **Space-Saving Design:** Traditional Tupperware is bulky. These gusseted, stand-up pouches stack flat, making them easy to grab from the freezer without having to dig or strain your back.

**Reliable Double-Seal:** The reinforced double-zipper is engineered for liquids. No messy leaks to clean up—because we know you aren't in the mood to mop the floor right now.

**PLUS** - These bags are vacuum sealable (vacuum sealer sold separately)

**High-Heat Durability:** Made from 4-mil nylon-infused material, these bags can withstand temperatures up to **250°F**. You can safely reheat your "liquid gold" bone broth or hearty stews directly in hot water.

### The Perfect "Get Well" Gift

If you have a loved one facing an upcoming surgery, flowers fade—but a freezer full of pre-portioned, healthy meals is a lifesaver. This kit of six allows you to gift them a week’s worth of easy-access nutrition, giving them the gift of a smoother, faster recovery.
