Steps for Safe and Effective Use
- Confirm the Correct Pad: Check the white label on the corner of the packaging to ensure you have the right pad.
- Prioritize Safety: Never place the pad directly on your skin to avoid frostbite or skin irritation. Use clothing or another barrier to protect your skin, and always adhere to the recommended 20-minute therapy intervals.
Applying the Hip Pad
- Prepare the Pad: Lay it flat on a clean surface with the desired side facing up.
- Secure the Pad with Velcro: Use the Velcro attachments to position and secure the pad correctly.
- Insert and Connect the Hose: Feed the hose through the opening at the bottom, then attach it to the pad.
