This is a great product. The only issue that I have with it is that the shoulder pad slips a bit and slides forward off of the shoulder. I have not found a way to keep it in place so that it cools the proper area
I've been using this regularly the past 4 days since my rotator cuff repair and it has been a great relief. My husband is the one that regularly fills it and connects it for me since I am unable to do it by myself so far.
When you’re just home from the hospital and you’ve had shoulder replacement surgery, and have just one working hand and arm, one needs assistance wrapping and fastening the cooling pad. It also requires a lot of ice, more than our icemaker can make in a day. So it necessitates someone being available to go out to buy Ice. It’s a well-made machine and I would say more suitable (easier application ) for people who need to apply ice to a hip, knee, ankle or a back.
Purchased for my husband's shoulder replacement and is working good. Medicare however did not cover the cost for it.
