The unit works fine I think. But the shoulder pad is too small for me to feel the cold. Why not make a youth or small adult size?

I received the XL pad with my new Iceman and like it very much, but after using a friends unit I found
that the XL pad is not quite big enough the wrap around my quads like a larger pad. Other than that onc I got the water to flow properly through the pad it will work.

I received my Breg Kodiak polar ice bucket & ice pad for knee but NO Velcro strap to hold it on my knee. I reached out to the company and let them know and they sent me one.

I wish I could have had cold therapy years ago for my other surgeries on my hand and wrist. I had my knee replaced and I am doing so much better than I ever expected in comparison of my other surgeries thanks to the cold and compression. Also my doc lectures his patients about preventing infection and I didn’t want to take any chances so I got the sterile dressings as well. I know I will get use out of this machine in the future as I tried it on my worse knee before the surgery and it helped dramatically! I chose the universal pad as my husband has had shoulder problems in the past so it can be used for that as well. I plan on purchasing a back pad as I have severe arthritis in my spine and I am sure it will help when it gets bad.

Arrived in a timely fashion. Keep in mind the type of connection you use as I did not, I ordered the pad with Cube connector and I have the Kodiak connector. Not a big deal to swap if you have experience in pneumatic tubing, just a wiggle with side cutters to get the tubing to release. All good

Timely delivery and easy setup. Connection leaks if the hose is not on the same plane as the cold pack connection.

Bought this to replace the same one my husband had been using just a few years old that had broken. He said it works great and it even feels like the adjustment dial is slimmer profile as it doesn’t get caught on as much as the old one

Bought this for total knee replacement. Worked beautifully. I really liked the fact that they had different sizes for the knee pad. And, I can purchase pads for other body parts. The machine is super quiet. I bought the bags to hold ice, but didn’t use them. Small bottles of Garorade worked great in there. Keep 4 in the unit and 4 in the freezer. Other family members have used and loved this machine.

4 Stars because this is my second unit. The first one died after two years of partial use. My wife had an ankle fusion surgery and periodically needs to use the ice machine. Recently when we went to use it the pad would not cool. After speaking with tech support and going through trouble shooting it was determined the machine was broke. I would have expected this to last especially for periodic use. I will re post if this unit dies and it wont be 4 stars...

My first brace was too small.. (wish there was a better way to ensure right size based on size of calf or knee.)...

I had some questions about a replacement part for my Breg Polar Wave ice machine and the representative patiently verified what I needed. The ordering and shipment was easy and prompt, the way it should be.

These gel pacs are easy to use, radiate cold for about an hour and don't take up much room in the freezer.

This is a great piece of equipment came with everything I need for the price. It is a piece of mind knowing that I put this on at night before I go to sleep I use it for an hour the 60 Minutes on 60 Minutes off and then I have very little pain great with the swelling as well and work Wonderful so I can get some sleep. If you are looking for a great piece of equipment and don't mind spending a little extra money it's well worth it they have great customer service if you have any questions or concerns they will be happy to talk with you and work out those concerns so far I am a week using it and have no complaints I will say that I was dumb at trying to figure out how to put this shoulder strap on by myself it was very confusing but I had my physical therapist show me how to strap it together and now I can do it by myself with little trouble.
