I had a total knee replacement on 9/29/25. I'm 44. When I woke up the first thing I felt wasnt pain but how cool my leg was. I leaned over the bed and took a picture and started looking for whatever this was. I ended up purchasing it at 2 am. I'm not quite sure why my Orthopedics office did not suggest this because it is an absolute necessity. I cannot think of any other way to provide the amount of "ice" that is truely required to alliviate the amount of swelling and discomfort following this type of procedure. This set up is an absolute game changer and I recommend it ×10000.
I purchased Breg Polar Cube on the recommendation by my Ortho surgeon. It arrived quickly and I was surprised because you buy it through company not Amazon. My knee surgery is October 17th so I wanted to try this out beforehand. I find the Velcro straps that secure ice pad around your knee are cheaply made. They don’t work to keep pad in place. Otherwise I found it easy to use.
I absolutely love this thing. I've had the cryo-cuff gravity-fed ice pack now for about 12 years and it was finally time to upgrade. The only downside to this product is that it doesn't do compression alongside the icing. However, getting 4-8 hours of constant freezkng cold water is definitely worth it. I highly recommend this product to anyone with minor to major knee pain. Its a game changer. 🤙🤙🤙
Great for total knee replacement. It's not large and bulky and can be placed about anywhere you need for icing your knee.
Would purchase again if needed.
Excellent device. Easy to use. Works quickly and efficiently. Holds one bag of ice cubes all day for day-long routine treatments.
