Having just had a total knee replacement I needed help to reduce the swelling in an effort to power through my physical therapy. I had an excellent experience with the DonJoy OE brace leading up to my surgery and decided to what might be offered. I reviewed a number of online sources of information and decided to purchase the Iceman Clear 3 and knee wrap. I am very pleased with the quality, function and swelling control results. For me thios is a good long-term investment as i will have the 2nd knee replacement in the near future. I would purchase again!
This product works well and provides relief to the Patient. Easy to use and operate. We recommend it highly and have sent info about it to friends.
So easy to use. Had bought another brand from Amazon. Both stopped working within a few weeks. I remembered Don joy from a previous shoulder surgery over 20 years ago. My physician ordered it. I ordered but worried I wouldn't get in two days. Lo and behold I did get it. Was thrilled, and desperately needed it for pain control from a broken shoulder. Very easy to use. My only suggestion would be to add in a timer to set duration and pause. Would prefer 90 minutes on, and 10 minutes off. This unit is easy enough to stop and start. You just pull out connecting cord, and unit stops, then plug back in to get it going again. Easy to fill unit, and stays very cold for a good amount of time. Attractive unit overall. Like the clear sides so I can view how much ice is left without having to open it. Does get much colder than 2 previous units. Great pricing. Was less than 2 previous units that stopped working.
This was the worst ice machine there is no on and off switch you have to unplug and no timer to shut off so if you fall asleep possible to be left on to long which is not a good thing I would not recommend to buy
My husband ordered the IceMan prior to rotator cuff surgery. He took it out of the box and put it on the table beside the recliner he planned to use after surgery. However, the surgery turned out not to be as extensive as first thought, and he hasn't touched the machine since his surgery. It has never been utilized...not even once. Do we have any recourse?
